1. Payment
All orders must be paid in full before preparation begins.

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments at the time of checkout.
2. Delivery & Pickup

We proudly deliver to Lincoln and surrounding SE Nebraska towns.

Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time and flower availability. Please call to confirm.

Delivery and pickup details will be confirmed with each order.
3. Flower Availability & Substitutions

We do our best to match your requested flowers and colors.

If a specific flower or color is not available, we will call you to discuss options.

If we cannot reach you, the florist may substitute with the closest available flowers to create a bouquet of equal or greater value.
4. Containers

Container options include clear glass, colored glass, wooden boxes, wicker baskets, and antique pieces.

Antique container prices vary ($20–$30). If a price is not confirmed at the time of order, the florist will call you to confirm before proceeding.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a refund.

All cancellations must be made by phone.

Same-day cancellations are at the florist’s discretion. While we always strive to keep our customers happy, refunds may not be guaranteed if preparation has already begun.
6. Personal Messages

Personal messages provided will be written on a card and included with your order.

Messages will be transcribed exactly as submitted, so please check spelling and wording before sending.
7. Pricing

Standard arrangement prices: $50, $75, $100, $125, or $150.

Prices vary depending on flower selection, size, and container choice.
8. Delivery Fees

Advance order delivery: $5.
-
Same-day delivery: $20.
-
Delivery fees are in addition to the arrangement price.
